Ingredients

  • 1 Pitmasters Cut
  • 2 Cups Butter
  • 2 TBS Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ Cup Favorite Seasoning
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth
  • 5 Potato’s
  • 1 Bag Mixed Veggies
  • 1 Bottle Grape Soda/Beef Broth

Directions

  1. Rub Vegetable Oil on all sides of your Pitmasters Cut
  2. Layer all side of your Pitmasters cut with your favorite seasonings
  3. Let it rest with seasons for 20 minutes
  4. Start and place on smoker at 200 degrees
  5. Baste with Grape Soda or Beef Broth every 30 minutes AFTER the 1st Hour of smoke.
  6. Removed at 165 Degrees
  7. Wrap in tinfoil With 2 sticks of butter and 2 cups Beef Broth
  8. Remove at 200 and place in cooler for 1 hour
  9. Make Potatoes and Gravy from the drippings
  10. Slice and Serve
