  • 2 Wagyu Korean Beef Short Ribs
  • 2 TBS Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup Yoshida Sause
  • 1 TBS Salt/Pepper


  1. Rub Vegetable Oil on all sides of your Wagyu Korean Short Ribs
  2. Salt and Pepper all side
  3. Set Smoker at 225 degrees
  4. Lay them flat on the smoker
  5. Baste with Yoshida 1 time after 15 minutes
  6. Flip Short Ribs over after 30 minutes and baste again
  7. Make Fried Rice
  8. Remove when Short Ribs are at 135 degrees
  9. Place in a circle and connect with a Grill Pinz/Toothpick
  10. Fill with Rice and Serve
