Steps to Cook




½ Rack Wagyu Baby Back Ribs

1 Bottle Red Wine

2 Tablespoons Coarse Salt

2 Tablespoons Coarse Black Pepper

1 Tablespoon Butter


1)       Mix salt and pepper together and blend in a small bowl or shaker

2)      Melt butter in a small pan

3)      Cover ribs in salt and pepper mix on both sides.

4)      Place ribs on smoker at 275F  until internal temperature reaches 120F

5)      Take butter and lightly baste the ribs and place back on smoker for 10 minutes

6)      Remove ribs and place in a baking pan.

7)       Pour red wine over ribs and cover pan in foil.

8)      Raise smoker temperature to 335F

9)      Place covered ribs in pan back on smoker for 1.5 hours.

10)   Remove and enjoy!
