Ingredients
- 1 Cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Cup soy sauce
- 1 Cup A-1 sauce
- 1 TBS crushed red pepper
- 1TSP smoked paprika
- ½ TSP cumin
- ½ TSP turmeric
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 3 Bell Peppers
- 1 Sweet Onion
- 1 Pack Wagyu Beef Kabob Meat
Directions
- Soak Wooden Kabob sticks before prep.
- Cut up 1” Squares of the Peppers, Onions and Wagyu Kabob Meat
- Make Marinade
- Place cut onions, peppers and Wagyu Kabob meat into Marinade for 30 Minutes
- After 30 minutes build Kabobs by rotating meat and veggies
- Turn oven on 300F
- Place built Kabob’s in Oven/Grill until veggies are tender and meat is at your desired temperature
- Rest for a few minutes
- Serve with favorite sauce
