Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Cup soy sauce
  • 1 Cup A-1 sauce
  • 1 TBS crushed red pepper
  • 1TSP smoked paprika
  • ½ TSP cumin
  • ½ TSP turmeric
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 3 Bell Peppers
  • 1 Sweet Onion
  • 1 Pack Wagyu Beef Kabob Meat

Directions

  1. Soak Wooden Kabob sticks before prep.
  2. Cut up 1” Squares of the Peppers, Onions and Wagyu Kabob Meat
  3. Make Marinade
  4. Place cut onions, peppers and Wagyu Kabob meat into Marinade for 30 Minutes
  5. After 30 minutes build Kabobs by rotating meat and veggies
  6. Turn oven on 300F
  7. Place built Kabob’s in Oven/Grill until veggies are tender and meat is at your desired temperature
  8. Rest for a few minutes
  9. Serve with favorite sauce
